“Dreamer in Dubai” reflects the journey of the artist when he first moved to Dubai and how he experienced the city through the lens of the metro. The series was initially named “Lonely in Dubai” but this later changed as the artist vision transitioned from loneliness to dream and how his relationship with the city evolved to a more intimate and exploration state. His new connection with the city will end up shaping the next chapter of his work where the fast pace scenery of Dubai will become more evident in his work.
